Yes. The Eyekon Group sources from USA and Canada auctions, dealerships and selected private sellers.
Which auction platforms do you support?
Copart USA, Copart Canada, IAAI USA, IAA Canada and other dealership/private seller sources.
Which West African ports do you support?
Tema, Takoradi and selected West African ports.
How long does shipping take?
The displayed average is 6–8 weeks, but timelines may vary depending on yard release, inland transport, vessel schedule and customs process.
What budget currency can I use on the forms?
Budget fields accept USD or GHS only.
What is the 10,000 GHS deposit?
It is a refundable deposit required before bidding support. After a vehicle is won, it is added to the bidding vehicle price/payment arrangement.
Can customers buy cars directly from the available inventory page?
Yes. Customers can click Buy/Reserve without logging in, view MoMo/bank details, submit payment reference/proof, and wait for admin confirmation after funds reflect.
Do you guarantee auction vehicle condition?
The Eyekon Group advises based on auction reports, listing details and visible information. Auction vehicle condition, availability, final price, shipping timeline and customs charges may change.
